I received my Xpand Polar Bear Plunge sweatshirt today. I am so excited and honored to participate in the 17th Annual Great Polar Bear Challenge on January 1st, 2020 here in Boise. Money raised helps Make A Wish make life better for children with critical illnesses.
A special thanks to Zerin Beattie. My dear friend and fellow enthusiast has organized a team that will be participating in this event. Xpand is doing amazing things for the community.
I started going to the Boise River last January. I joined Zerin and an amazing fellowship of individuals who are pursuing a life of mindfulness, awareness, and personal growth. Swimming in the river has helped reduce my anxiety while building my mental strength and stability. It also allows for spiritual connection.
